Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at our Grosse Pointe Woods clinic. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high‑quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well‑being.
Responsibilities- Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
- Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines.
- Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
- Responsible for patient care compatriot by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
- Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals.
- Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies.
- Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
- Outpatient experience preferred.

- Current or upcoming state of Michigan Physical Therapy license.
- Outgoing and energetic personality.
