As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, helping us deliver on our promise of excellence, and serving others by delighting people for all of life's celebrations.

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and positive shopping environment for our customers. You will assist them in finding the products they need, providing product knowledge, and ensuring they leave our store satisfied.

• Greet and assist customers with a smile as they enter the store and over the phone.
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Enter orders for delivery and pick-up on a computer using our custom point-of-sale software.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Restock and arrange merchandise displays.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Exhibit compassion and empathy for all of life's celebrations

• Previous retail sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand on their feet and walk for up to 10 hours per day.
• Ability to lift and carry 10 pounds.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
