- Maintains daily student attendance records
- Processes and inputs student discipline referrals and letters
- Maintains and updates student records, class schedules, locker assignments
- Prepares and tracks semi-annual student report for the state
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Excellent computer skills with high volume of data entry (Word, Excel, Zangle)
- Excellent typing, spelling, language, and telephone skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to complete multiple tasks in a busy office environment
- Established experience working effectively with staff, students, and public
B-1, $16.17-$21.81/Hour, 11 month position
