Our team works collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high‑quality care, including advanced diagnostic testing, therapeutic interventions, and patient education. We utilize the latest technology and evidence‑based practices to manage and treat a wide range of respiratory conditions, ensuring our patients receive the best possible outcomes.

Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital is a 280‑bed acute care campus located in the heart of Grosse Pointe. Opened in 1945 by the Sisters of Bon Secours and acquired by Beaumont Health System in 2007, it offers medical, surgical, emergency, obstetric and critical care services. The Cotton Family Birth Center was designated a Baby‑Friendly® birth center in 2012. The hospital also hosts The James and Patricia Anderson Surgical Center, a leading‑edge hybrid surgical suite.

Under minimal direction, the Registered Respiratory Therapist implements and evaluates diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services to assist physicians in diagnosing and managing patients with cardiopulmonary and related disorders; participates in the education of patients, students, staff and physicians; provides technical support for all equipment related to the practice of Respiratory Care; assists with general department functions.

• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Respiratory Therapist License – State of Michigan (upon hire required)
• Respiratory Therapist Registry – NBRC National Board for Respiratory Care (upon hire required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA or American Red Cross (upon hire required)
