Position: Shift Leader

What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They empower the team to take charge and set the morale and tone, provide feedback and coaching as needed, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. The team is responsible for maintaining food and beverage quality and keeping a safe and clean store environment.

As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your career; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.

Responsibilities include:

• Open and close the store with minimal supervision
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver a great guest experience
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment
• Contribute to a positive work environment and lead by example

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must have or obtain a Serv Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid state driver’s license (preferred, but not required at all locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy
