Smoothie Barista

Role Description

This is a part‑time on‑site position for a Smoothie Barista located in Grosse Pointe, MI. In this role, you will prepare smoothies and other beverages according to recipes, operate barista equipment, ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace, accurately handle transactions, and engage with customers to provide excellent service while maintaining a welcoming environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience as a barista and skills in food preparation.
• Customer service skills, with a focus on providing friendly and efficient service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
