General Radiologist - Partnership Track

Practice Overview

Ocean Radiology Associates is a collegial, close-knit, growing 12+ physician‑owned private practice seeking a general radiologist to accommodate growth and retirements. The group covers two hospitals (220 beds and 100 beds), an urgent care center, and two outpatient centers serving southeastern Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Basic diagnostics include a hybrid work environment with approximately 15‑20% of diagnostic work taken from home. No fellowship training is required, but due to the broad range of subspecialty expertise already present in the practice, any fellowship training will be welcome. MQSA/Breast Imaging is a plus but not required. Workweek Monday‑Friday with hours typically between 8 am‑4 pm. Weekday call is distributed evenly within the group.

Teleradiology covers overnight on weekdays and evening+overnight on weekends.

This is a fully equitable partner track position with vacation and call equal to partners from day one. We offer a highly competitive starting compensation package (starting salary of $400,000‑$450,000), signing bonus, moving stipend, as well as generous vacation time. Partnership results in a significant increase of total compensation.
