Account Manager – Logistics Analyst – Hire Talent

Location: Groton, CT – 5 days on site.
Employment type: Full time.
Security clearance: Secret clearance required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage material flow across receiving, storage, WIP and backlog areas to ensure availability and accuracy.
  • Define and track KPIs, lead inventory audits (Accuracy 97.5%) and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain operational processes while coordinating with cross‑functional and government stakeholders.
  • Own strategic plan for prioritizing and assigning work, communicate prioritization plan to team, and resolve aging backlog issues.
  • Oversee inventory audits, define and implement corrective actions, review and disposition excess material, write and review engineering documents.
  • Draft and modify policies and procedures to adapt to current practices, champion continuous improvement projects and support company goals and metrics.
