$80,000-$112,000 per year
We're looking for a licensed rehabilitation professional to oversee therapy services within a skilled nursing setting. This full-time role combines team leadership, department management, and a strong focus on resident outcomes.
- Coordinate daily therapy operations and department workflow
- Support staff performance, clinical quality, and compliance
- Partner with facility teams to provide coordinated resident care
- Coach and develop rehabilitation staff
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k), PTO, and holiday pay
- Continuing education and growth opportunities
- Active PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
