Pay: $16.50/hr (Range Minimum: $16.50, Range Maximum: $16.50). Experience/skills and/or location may influence rate.

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage II at Acosta, you’ll ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. You will execute retail merchandising activities that connect customers with the brands they love.

• You’ll merchandise brands you know and love in a variety of categories.
• Variety in your job tasks.
• Health plan options, including no‑copay telemedicine.

• Schedule:
  
  Sunday‑Saturday; flexible dates depending on location.
• Full‑Time: flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Friday required).
• Part‑Time: flexible schedule, 2‑4 days per week (Friday required).
• Start between 6 am‑9 am; work between 6 am‑6 pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock, pack, straighten on shelves.
• Receive, transport coupons and signage to store.
• Use company‑issued mobile device to navigate multiple applications.
• Answer simple step‑by‑step questions on Acosta field technology.
• Take photos of completed work.
• Represent Acosta and clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates.
• Collaborate with manager via email, phone, text.

• Own your store(s); be the face of Acosta at Walmart.
• Work independently while an extension of the Walmart family.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Acosta team.
• Leverage nationwide support and share best practices.
• Contact manager when encountering challenges.
• Complete work within time frame and follow instructions.
• Provide accurate data and photos following instructions.
• Report work same day.

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
