American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a freestanding ER setting, requiring ARRT CT/R certification and prior pediatric and travel experience.

• Freestanding emergency department setting, newly built and state-of-the-art
• Adult and pediatric patient population
• Night shift, 2x12 hours from 19:00 to 7:00
• No weekend shifts required
• Must be willing to float between Nashoba and Marlborough campuses, located 30-40 minutes apart, with advanced notice
• May work alone during certain shifts at Nashoba location, requiring full 12-hour shift coverage without a 30-minute break while remaining on site
• Epic charting system used

• ARRT CT and ARRT R certification required
• MA Radiology license required if applicable
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Prior travel assignment experience required
• Documented pediatric experience in a complex medical center required
• Community hospital experience required
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Skills in image display and post-processing including 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and ROI measurement
• Experience with abdomen/pelvis, head/neck, spine/musculoskeletal, and chest CT studies
• Experience with contrast media preparation and administration, radiation safety, and venipuncture
• Experience starting peripheral IVs
• GE, Siemens, and PACS equipment experience preferred
• Pediatric acute and outpatient care experience preferred
• Coronary CTA and brain perfusion experience preferred

• Well-rounded CT Tech needed to support both adult and pediatric patients in a new freestanding ER
• Shifts and scheduling depend on facility need
• Must pass an EKG test as part of the qualification process
• Downtime may occur during shifts despite requirement to remain on site
• First-time travelers may not meet eligibility given the prior travel experience requirement
