Job Description
We are seeking a full- or part-time, on-site Adaptive Physical Education Teacher to join our district partners for the current school year. This rewarding role allows you to support students’ physical development, confidence, and overall success through inclusive, engaging instruction.

- Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ physical abilities and set individualized goals
- Teach adaptive physical education activities tailored to each student’s needs
- Create inclusive environments where all students can participate safely and effectively
- Provide direct support and guidance to students during activities
- Maintain a safe and structured setting, addressing health and safety needs
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate adaptive PE into the school day
- Perform other related duties to support student success
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Adapted Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field
- Active state-level licensure and/or certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Valid teaching license in Physical Education
- Experience working with children in school settings required (student teaching counts)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
