Starting pay: $27‑$30 per service hour PLUS commissions and full tips.
Merit‑based increases lead to $48‑$50 per service hour for experienced therapists. Transparent pay structure that rewards dedication and skill development.

• Proficiency in (or eagerness to learn) deep tissue and Swedish modalities
