Part‑time

Outpatient locations in the greater Columbus area. Typical hours: 7 am – 7 pm Monday–Thursday. No weekends or holidays.

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients referred by a provider and maintains accurate records in the EMR‑Together Care powered by EPIC. The PT collaborates with other caregivers to provide quality care and creates a caring environment centered on the patient and their family.

• Perform physical therapy evaluation, establish and implement a treatment plan, and document patient progress and discharge records.
• Delegate appropriate procedures to PT Assistants, reviewing and co‑signing their documentation.
• Communicate with healthcare providers about patient treatment, continuity of care, and discharge planning.
• Maintain department readiness: supplies, linens, and equipment cleaning.
• Strive toward advanced knowledge, skills, and abilities within your scope of work.

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Ohio license to practice PT; current BLS for Healthcare certification.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physically able to lift and transfer patients.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license.
