Job Description
We are seeking qualified candidates for a healthcare position. The ideal candidate will have the necessary certifications and licenses required for onboarding.
Responsibilities

• Complete necessary onboarding and health history requirements.

• Adhere to the Trinity Code of Conduct and provide patient care following institutional policies.

• Participate in specialty-specific competency testing.

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid license/certificate verification required for submission and onboarding.

• Completion of Trinity Integrity and Audit Services form.

• Current personal health history and relevant vaccinations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, etc.) must be up to date.

• Completion of a criminal background check and education verification.

• Trinity Skills Checklist and other competency assessments are required.
