Location:
Grove City, OH
Shift: 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule. Night shift also pays an extra 10% premium pay.

Position Overview
We're hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to support operations in our advanced manufacturing facility. You'll play a critical role in keeping our high-speed production lines running smoothly and safely. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production equipment
* Monitor and maintain high-speed production systems for efficiency and uptime
* Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and 480V systems (experience required)
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
* Perform in-process inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards
* Support a culture of continuous improvement and proactive maintenance
* Operate equipment such as forklifts and cranes as needed
* Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
* Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
* Strong mechanical skills with proven experience in a manufacturing setting
* Comfortable using tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment
* Excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
* Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely and effectively
* Regular attendance and punctuality are essential
