Position OverviewWe're hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to support operations in our advanced manufacturing facility. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our high‑speed production lines running smoothly and safely. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in precision and problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production equipment
- Monitor and maintain high‑speed production systems for efficiency and uptime
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and 480V systems (experience required)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Perform in‑process inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and proactive maintenance
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and cranes as needed
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical skills with proven experience in a manufacturing setting
- Comfortable using tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely and effectively
- Regular attendance and punctuality are essential
