Clean, Pack and Ship Technician - 1st Shift

Location: Grove City, OH

Working hours: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

The CPS Technician is an entry-level role responsible for various tasks including pre-wipe, clean room, finish goods, final inspection, and boxing. The goal is to develop competency across these areas.

• Inspect, pre-wipe, and clean products for subsequent CPS processing.
• Assemble and vacuum bag products inside the clean room, maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Use ERP systems to fulfill sales orders according to customer schedules.
• Perform final inspections, documentation, and ERP transactions.
• Package, label, and palletize products for shipment.
• Restock supplies and maintain documentation as required.
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to company culture and principles.
• Display positivity and flexibility in task management.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Attention to detail, versatility, and accuracy.
• Ability to operate forklifts and handle materials.
• Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy.
• Effective communication skills.

• Lift and handle products up to approximately 40 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, standing, and walking.
