Assembly Operator

This position reports to Assembly Team Leader

• Operator responsible for manufacturing the company electrical and electronics products.
• Ensure and maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Dyn Amp system.
• On Time Delivery

• Assemble and inspect product to specified standards.
• Ensure manufacturing equipment and tools are maintained in good operating condition and within calibration.
• Design and assemble manufacturing fixtures as required.
• Contribute to achieving team objectives including improving products and processes and meeting quality and delivery requirements.
• Report on issues which could impact product quality, production schedules, or manufacturing efficiencies.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices within the work area.
• Maintain and follow Quality System.
• Properly maintain and store personal tools.
• Report non-conformities found during the manufacturing operations.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Communicate and suggest improvements in workspace and work methods.
