Grants Manager – Mid‑Ohio Food Collective (MOFC)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the community? As a Grants Manager at Mid‑Ohio Food Collective (MOFC), you will research funding opportunities and craft compelling grant proposals to support our mission.

• Research, identify, and recommend grant opportunities that support MOFC’s mission, programs, and strategic priorities.
• Lead the grant application process, including review and analysis of RFPs, collaboration with internal partners to develop high‑quality, competitive proposals, and submission of final applications.
• Serve as the lead grant writer for MOFC.
• Manage grant budgets and ensure compliance with grant guidelines.

• Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of three years of experience in grant writing, application development, report writing, data collection and analysis, outcome measurements and reporting results.
• Experience with federal, state, and local grant funding is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent project‑management skills to coordinate timelines and deliverables across teams.
• Proactive, strategic mindset and ability to cultivate relationships with funders.
• Adaptable and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Successful candidate must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
