Ideal Candidates will be expected to:

• Follow an individualized home health plan of care

• Monitor all aspects of a patient’s home health plan of care as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient home health plan of care

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) maintain accurate, detailed reports via an electronic medical record

Qualifications

• Current credentials as either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Valid AHA-BLS CPR course completion (Infant, Child & Adult)

• FBI and Child Abuse Clearances (provided byeKidzCare, if needed)

• Recent Two-Step Tuberculosis test (One Year Shelf Life), Chest X-ray (6 Month Shelf Life) or Blood Test (Upon Hire)

• Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or must be willing to participate in thee
