As the RN Wellness Director at Brookdale Pinnacle, a 106‑apartment assisted living and memory care community, you will inspire, lead, and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents. You will proactively build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers for the coordination of exceptional personalized care.
You will consistently collaborate with community leadership, mentor and engage your associates, and build resident and family satisfaction.

Manages the day‑to‑day clinical services of a complex community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and maintains quality care as their needs change. Supervises and provides leadership, as well as coaching, to licensed nurses and other direct care staff. May lead an additional clinical leadership team of up to five members. The HWD level for each community is determined based on the total complexity of the role—size, product lines, medication management regulations, 90‑day assessment requirements, multiple licensure requirements, state regulatory complexity, and skilled services requiring an RN.
