RN - MedSurg​/Tele

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg/Tele RN for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will provide patient care, administer medications, and monitor patients' conditions in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting.

• Provide nursing care to patients as per established protocols.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist in patient care plans and assess patient needs.

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience in a Med/Surg/Tele environment preferred.
• Completion of required vaccinations and health screenings.
