• Assume full responsibility for store operations, financial performance, personnel morale, and growth initiatives.
• Coach, train, and lead a team of automotive service professionals.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
• Support fleet accounts and expand new customer acquisition.

• Seasoned experience as a Store Manager, Sales Associate, or Assistant Store Manager.
• Prior automotive experience (additional). Proven leadership skills.
• Strong coaching and training abilities.

Base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
