Job Description

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer – Join our team to fulfill merchandising needs for world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and more.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelf and display to maintain in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure lead brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on personal device.
• Capable of hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Columbus Metro, OH (primary location); secondary locations include Grove City, OH.
• Schedule availability required Saturday and Sunday, start time 7:00 am.

• Hourly compensation $13.50–$15.50 based on experience.
