Aftermarket Sales Manager

Our client, a global automotive manufacturer, is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Manager to lead the commercial direction of its aftermarket business in Grove City, OH. This is a visible, hands-on role with the opportunity to influence sales strategy, develop customers and channels, identify new growth opportunities, and make a measurable impact on the business.

You’ll work closely with the division General Manager and lead day-to-day commercial execution across sales channels, including customer acquisition, business development, pricing, forecasting and market/channel development. You’ll also partner across the organization to align customer demand, product availability, inventory and new product initiatives.

• Has a successful track record in aftermarket sales, business development or channel sales
• Knows how to grow and improve a business, not simply maintain what’s already there
• Is analytical and can turn market, customer and competitive information into action
• Builds strong customer relationships and identifies opportunities others may miss
• Enjoys working cross-functionally and taking ownership
• Brings strong problem-solving skills and can point to meaningful improvements they’ve made
• Has a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
