Warehouse Lead - 2nd Shift

Grove City Facility - I, 3357 South Park Place, Grove City, OH 43123, USA

• You will ensure daily work activities for the shift team are done efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands
• You will be responsible for directly training and assisting with day-to-day operations within the warehouse as well as monitor employees’ productivity and coordinate daily work activities
• You may operate warehouse equipment which may include forklift and reach trucks
• Required to train employees on safety, processes, and workflow within the warehouse
• You should be able to utilize a Warehouse Management System
• You will participate in assigned training programs and adhere to all guidelines
• You will communicate with co-workers to ensure a consistent team environment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• You will provide feedback through side‑by‑side coaching and on‑the‑job training and comply with all FST Standard Operating Procedures and Policies
• You will perform and assist with additional warehouse functions as needed and due to business needs
• You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST

• High School or equivalent education
• 1+ year of experience in leadership or related experience
• 2+ years’ experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with customers and employees.
• Ability to use good judgment and think quickly and rationally in difficult or stressful situations
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to give and follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions
• Able to stand, walk, bend, push, reach and do repetitive motion for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a variety of temperatures (warm and cold)
• Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a variety of temperatures (warm and cold)
