Team Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction since 1936, is hiring Project Controls Specialists at our Groveland, FL (Orlando area) office. Project Controls Specialists are a critical part of our Project Management Team and are responsible for completing project control requirements such as estimating, scheduling, change documentation, and cost control.

• Track and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Gain approval for and process change orders.
• Gather, verify and analyze data.
• Generate project control reports.
• Track and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, cash flow reports, and change control documents.
• Assist with project cost estimates.
• Maintain effective relationships with the project management team and customers.

• Experience in project management, finance, or business required.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software.
• Experience with cost forecasting and analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
