Team Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction since 1936, is hiring a Directional Drill Supervisor at our Groveland, FL (Orlando area) office. Our Supervisors are responsible for successfully leading field crews to meet project goals safely. The starting wage range for this position is $40.00 to $45.00 an hour depending on experience and skills.

• Successfully and safely lead underground utility crews on various size projects
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor to achieve project goals
• Update prints
• Manage billing
• Communicate job status with the customer
• Ensure all crews observe safety practices
• Reports, coordinates and supervises all aspects of a project
• May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance
• Evaluate Team mate performance and develop a plan for increased growth and responsibility

• 10+ years of directional drill experience is required
• Experience in leading and directing construction crews
• Experience in change orders and unit price schedules etc.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and create as-build prints
• Must have computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Travel may be required based on project location
