Hours& Pay
- Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM (1st Shift) - Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
- Employment Type:

- Create and manage purchase orders, process invoices, and ensure all financial documentation is accurate and approved.
- Serve as the point of contact for contract employees, coordinate with staffing agencies, and assist with onboarding and scheduling.
- Support timekeeping and payroll reporting to ensure timely submissions.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, including recognition programs, events, and communications across the site.
- Track safety metrics, incidents, and compliance records in coordination with the Safety team.
- Support leadership teams (HR, Safety, Quality, Operations) to align administrative priorities with production and logistics goals.
- Manage site security badging systems and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, recordkeeping, and visitor support.
- Provide backup support to other distribution sites as needed to maintain continuity.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience—ideally in logistics, warehouse, or distribution environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong computer literacy across administrative and reporting tools.
- Experience handling purchase orders, timekeeping systems, and safety or compliance documentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work well under pressure in a fast‑moving setting.
