We are seeking a motivated Parts Dispatcher to join our team on a full-time basis. This on-site role, located in Groveport, OH, involves the timely and efficient coordination and distribution of automotive parts to internal and external customers. Daily tasks include managing inventory, processing parts requests, ensuring accurate and prompt deliveries, organizing warehouse stock levels, and collaborating with team members to meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate will maintain a customer-focused attitude and uphold operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in inventory management, organization, and efficient handling of automotive parts
- Strong communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills to ensure effective operations
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in logistics, parts distribution, or a similar role is a plus
- Familiarity with automotive systems and parts management software preferred
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional relationships
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are an advantage
