This position is open to applicants in or around Groveport, OH, willing to work 1st or 2nd shift.

The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Fulfillment Operations Manager will lead our growing 3PL operation, managing approximately 20+ team members across DTC & B2B channels.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining resources and processes to optimize DC operations, including picking, packing, shipping, inbound receiving, and consolidation. Motivating a performance-driven team and delivering excellent customer service are essential. Shifts may include first, second, and weekend shifts.

• Maintain records on working hours and meet financial goals
• Review and improve operational processes
• Manage staffing levels, including interviewing, training, and discipline
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
• Foster teamwork, communication, and a safe work environment
• Create performance and accuracy metrics
• Report incidents and injuries
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ve Done:

• 5+ years in warehouse operations (replenishment, receiving, outbound, inventory, or returns)
• 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience with WMS, OMS, Excel, and Office applications
• High School diploma or GED

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Data-driven decision-making experience
• Previous 3PL operations experience
• Experience in B2B wholesale

Physical Work Environment:

• Willing to work 1st or 2nd shift
• Able to perform moderate physical activity
• Lift up to 25-30 lbs occasionally
• Maintain focus for extended periods
• Work overtime during peak seasons
