This is a 2nd shift role – Mon‑Fri, 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.

The position offers a national salary range of $85,000 – $100,000. For roles in California or Washington, the range is $85,000 – $110,000.

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of supervisors and indirect reports by providing coaching, guidance, and support, while fostering a strong culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Compile comprehensive reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy metrics, to support informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate open communication and collaboration, promoting transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
• Partner with Human Resources and site leadership to ensure a comprehensive hiring process for supervisors, providing input to select top talent aligned with the organization’s values.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to consistently and promptly fulfill customer orders, exceeding expectations.
• Engage in a strong partnership with customers, proactively addressing concerns to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1+ year logistics industry experience (required).
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience (required).
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management (preferred).
