Production Supervisor

Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Supervisor to join their dynamic team. Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000

• Supervise and direct associates in performing their job duties, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Enforce, develop, and maintain safe working practices for all production team members.
• Develop and train production associates, providing guidance on career development and performance improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews, manage disciplinary actions, and support hiring and termination processes.
• Review daily production schedules, ensure quality standards, and monitor sanitation and waste removal to maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or two years of related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
