Primary Function

This position primarily focuses on planning and conducting sales calls to address customer needs, sell additional products and services, retain current business, and follow up on leads. The role involves building relationships with key decision makers, acting as a customer advocate, researching competitors' strategies, and using product knowledge to generate solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. Pre-call duties include utilizing automated sales tools for research into customers' businesses and account information to develop appropriate selling and pricing strategies.
