As an entry‑level ABM you will participate in an 18–24 month on‑the‑job paid training program covering branch operations and management. After training you may be assigned a branch to manage, with a full relocation package offered for promotion to Branch Manager.
Responsibilities include:
originating new loan business, educating customers on lending services, handling loan applications, performing risk analysis, making credit decisions, administering loan closings, managing insurance claims, and assisting the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales plan implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; preferred majors include Business, Finance, Sales, or related field.
- 1 year or more of customer‑facing sales experience (e.g., retail sales) is preferred but not required.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment, successfully navigating priorities.
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history, and pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products (state background check).
- Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion to Branch Manager; full relocation package for moves >50 miles.
