Overview
The Security Guard provides protection for the facility, employees and product by performing a wide variety of duties.
Responsibilities- Checks all boxes, packages, bags, containers and the likes that are entering and leaving the property.
- Conducts security rounds.
- Writes reports.
- Enforces policies and procedures.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior uniformed security experience preferred
- Ability to spend the majority of the work day standing and walking
- Availability to work various days of the week and times of day preferred
- Availability to work additional hours when needed preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs required
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to in all weather conditions making outside rounds during all seasons
- Ability to make rounds in the facility which will also expose them to a variety of temperatures and conditions
- Bilingual a plus
