PositionFlex Security Officer – Groveport, OH (Hiring immediately). Pay: $17.50 per hour with weekly pay.
Job Skills / Requirements- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, and/or military (preferred).
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong report writing skills.

Flex Officer ExplanationThe Flex Officer provides trained, competent support by filling shifts that become open due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other causes, ensuring continuous service while protecting employee health and work balance.
Scheduling ExpectationsFlexible and varied schedule; you will be trained at multiple posts based on operational need and may be assigned to or offered shifts as they become available. Some shifts will be scheduled in advance, others may be called on short notice. You are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts called for, and refusal of more than 20% may impact employment status.
- Training at various posts or facilities according to need.
- Schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) varies based on operational need.
- Work any shift scheduled in advance that falls within your availability.
- Notify supervisor of any unavailability before the scheduled shift.
- Perform duties per Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
High School diploma or equivalent.
