High school diploma or GED required.

One to two years of recent experience in security, public safety, military service, law enforcement, loss prevention, or a related field preferred.

Demonstrated reading comprehension and report-writing skills.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Knowledge of public safety and security practices, equipment, policies, and procedures.

Familiarity with CCTV, access control, dispatch systems, and general security operations.

Understanding of workplace safety practices and emergency response procedures.

Basic mathematical skills.

Strong understanding of written and verbal English communication.

Ability to recognize potential safety hazards, security threats, and emergency situations.

Strong active listening, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Critical thinking, sound judgment, and effective decision-making abilities.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond appropriately to unexpected situations.

Ability to investigate incidents, gather information, and prepare clear, accurate reports.

Ability to perform routine patrols and other physical duties associated with maintaining facility safety and security.

Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
, at our Groveport, OH location.

Must be able to work additional hours based on business needs.

Ability to receive company-required vaccinations, including Hepatitis B, if applicable.

Must comply with all company attendance, safety, and security standards.

This position is considered safety- and security-sensitive.

Must be able to fulfill the requirements of the seasonal assignment.

Must maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate a commitment to protecting employees, visitors, and company property throughout the assignment.
