• $17.00 per hour
• Full-time schedule :
  Monday Friday, 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM

• Schedule and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Verify order accuracy including case counts, weights, and dimensions
• Collaborate with management, warehouse staff, and carriers for smooth operations
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and tracking updates
• Assist with general office duties as needed

• Schedule orders using the most efficient routes and carriers
• Review all shipping paperwork for accuracy before processing
• Log and track all outgoing shipments according to company procedures
• Prepare Bill of Ladings and order labels for the warehouse team
• Communicate order issues and updates with management and drivers

• Strong basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to sit at a desk, stoop, bend, and reach as needed
• Experience with shipping procedures and logistics preferred but not required
