Newer Class A CDL drivers can build real road experience on a Midwest regional dry van operation with paid training before moving into a solo driving position.

Drivers typically head out Monday and return Saturday, with weekend home time. Freight runs through Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Illinois, with both day and night driving required.

• Average weekly earnings of $1,000-$1,400
• Starting mileage pay of $0.56 per mile, increasing up to $0.59 at six months
• $40 load pay on runs from 0-149 miles
• $25 load pay on runs from 150-250 miles
• $15 stop pay
• Driver performance bonus opportunity

Qualified trainees begin with approximately 3-5 weeks of paid training and 200-250 hours behind the wheel with an experienced driver. Ohio trainee pay is $850 per week.

Orientation lasts no more than two days. A $300 orientation payment is paid upon hire.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school
• CDL-A trainees with less than 6 months of recent driving experience are welcome
• Solid employment history without major unemployment gaps
• Acceptable MVR and driving record required
• Must pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment drug test
• Must meet all applicable driver qualification and hiring requirements
• Must be available for day/night driving and weekend work when required
