Job Summary

The overall purpose of the Hospitality Aide position is to provide each of the assigned patients with routine daily care and services.

• Experience as a Caregiver is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

• Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients.
• Contribute knowledge of patients' observations as required.
• Promote a safe, clean environment.
• Assure that equipment including mobile devices are charged, clean, and functional at all times and report any malfunctions to supervisor.
• Attend in‑service training programs.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as may be required to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Has reviewed Cantex Continuing Care Networks Clinical Policies and Procedures for Abuse Prevention and knows the employee's responsibility to enforce it.
• Attend Patient Care Management Systems weekly in‑service and incorporate into the delivery of patient care.
• Responsible for assuring patient/resident safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
