Physical Therapist, PRN

The physical therapist assesses, plans, and participates in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformity for patients with disease or injury.

• Implement and revise treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families, providing education, discharge instructions, and referrals.
• Conduct patient assessments, establish treatment goals, and develop ongoing care plans aligned with physician input.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge information following departmental protocols.
• Adhere to ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and ensure effective communication within the team.
• Participate in staff meetings, ongoing education, and professional development to maintain licensure and skills.
• Provide excellent customer service, foster teamwork, and promote a positive environment for patients and colleagues.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Licenses and certifications: PT license and BLS certification required upon hire.
• Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
