Base Pay Range$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will lead the effort in delivering high quality candidates for Systems hiring needs.
You will be responsible for advancing the Systems brand across numerous markets in professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through Systems selection process.
The successful candidate will:
Responsibilities- Perform full life cycle recruiting by building excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates and the entire Systems community.
- You will have the opportunity to exercise a wide degree of creativity in generating new candidate leads, influence the near and long-term recruiting vision and increase your business acumen.
- Meet with hiring managers to complete intake meetings to ensure an understanding of job duties, job responsibilities, and required/desired skills to ensure timely hiring and robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest in our industry.
- Partner with sourcing team members to develop additional candidates via new sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Pre-screen candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders and other HR team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
- Prepare candidates for interviewing with and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
- Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of compensation policy and delegation of authority.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
- BS and 6 years + experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience in full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, legal/compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.
- Expertise to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national, multi-location level.
- Skilled at partnering with hiring team to build effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
- Ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities in an applicant tracking system.
- Familiarity with Brass Ring Kenexa applicant tracking system.
- Familiarity with Phenom Candidate Relationship (CRM).
- Familiarity with Paradox.
