Now starting at $19.50/hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $22/hour after just 3 months based on performance! As an Assembler, you will work individually or as part of a team to assemble components, perform quality checks, and help build top-tier agricultural equipment.

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or GED

* 1+ year(s) of production or manufacturing experience

* Ability to work 3rd shift and flexible for overtime (10-12 hour shifts and weekends)

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

* Physical ability to bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), stand, and twist for 10-12 hours

* Capable of performing repetitive tasks during 8-10 hour shifts with scheduled breaks

What You'll Do as an Assembler:

* Assemble parts individually or in teams according to specifications and build schedules

* Conduct performance tests, check for defects, and make final adjustments

* Use hoists, motorized vehicles, or material handling equipment for transport

* Lubricate, clean, and perform preventive maintenance as needed

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace

* Cross-train and rotate into other roles or fill in as necessary

* Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures

* Perform other duties as assigned
