Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Augusta State Medical Prison in Grovetown, GA. The Day shift (5am-5:30pm) includes rotating weekends and provides direct nursing care under supervision of RNs and medical staff.
The role requires a current LPN license, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance. A high school diploma or GED is required, with benefits including health/dental/vision insurance and 401(k).
