Registered Nurse; RN; Acute Care

The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practices, critical thinking, and cultural awareness to deliver individualized care aligned with professional standards and organizational policies.

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while fostering effective partnerships with patients and families.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care through interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.
• Support performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practices to optimize outcomes.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote a skilled, future-ready workforce.
• Participate in protocol development, resource management, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Associate or Bachelor's nursing degree.
• Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in technology and a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
