Registered Nurse; RN; Acute Care Trauma

Registered Nurses provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. They serve as key communicators between patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring patient-centered care and safety.

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care plans, and deliver safe, effective care in accordance with policies.
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate patients and families on health matters.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize patient flow and outcomes.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional development, licenses, and certifications, and foster a positive work environment through mentorship.
• Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and professionalism while contributing to shared governance and organizational activities.

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license (single or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification required.
• Prior experience in direct patient care is preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
