Position Overview
We are seeking a committed and professionally experienced English instructor to join our faculty. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate English courses and contribute to cultivating globally competent students with strong language proficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate English courses (e.g., Comprehensive English, Oral English, ).
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic events.
Position Requirements
Bachelor,
1+ Years

- Nationality:
- Must be from an English-speaking country (e.g., the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland).
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; degrees in English, Linguistics, Education, TESOL, or related fields preferred.
- Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of stable, full-time teaching in Chinese university
- Certifications (preferred):
- TESOL / TEFL / CELTA or equivalent.
- Other Requirements:
- Under 50 years old.
- In good physical and mental health.
- Strong classroom management skills and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Responsible, cooperative, culturally adaptable, and committed to long-term professional development.
Additional Information / Benefits
Workload & Benefits
- Teaching Hours: 12–16 classes per week.
- Contract Term: One academic year, renewable based on performance.
- Salary: 15K rmb for BA holder, 17k rmb for MA holder
- Housing: Free on-campus apartment
