Our client, a growing and highly respected public accounting firm in Guelph, is actively looking to hire a Senior Accountant to join their team.

If you’re currently in public accounting and looking for a firm where you’ll have exposure to both tax and audit work, direct client interaction, mentorship opportunities, and long‑term career growth, this could be an excellent opportunity.

The firm is continuing to grow their audit and assurance practice and is looking for someone who wants to be part of that growth long term.

• Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience
• Strong corporate and personal tax experience
• Audit and assurance experience required
• Experience with Caseware, Taxprep, and Quick Books/Simply Accounting
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships

• $80,000–$95,000 salary depending on experience
• Hybrid flexibility after onboarding
• Summer Fridays with 1:00 PM office closure
• Office closure between Christmas and New Year’s
• Strong mentorship, professional development, and future leadership opportunities
